Sources of acquisition of personal data
We receive personal data from you in connection with your business transactions, as well as by means of inquiries and orders received from you (by telephone, post, e-mail and during direct meetings) and by using the data contained on your websites.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing of personal data
We may process your personal data to the extent necessary to perform contracts concluded with you, including contracts concluded electronically, to ensure the handling of the transaction, complaint, as well as to contact you, present an offer, or answer questions, such as those asked through the contact form.

In accordance with the obligations imposed on the company by legal regulations in force, your data will also be processed for tax and accounting purposes.
In addition, the Controller may process your personal data, based on the legitimate interest of the company, in order to:

  1. ensure the handling of enquiries and contacts where this is not directly related to the performance of a contract,
  2. recover debts, conduct court, arbitration and mediation proceedings
  3. conduct statistical analyses,
  4. store data for archiving purposes and ensure the possibility of demonstrating the company’s compliance with the obligations imposed by law

On the basis of, and only with your consent, we process your personal data for the purpose of storing data in cookies and collecting data from websites.

Need to provide personal data
The provision of personal data by you in the form of name, surname, address of residence or registered office of the company as well as the NIP number is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. In the absence of such information, we will not be able to conclude a contract with you. In the event of obligations imposed by legal regulations in force, we may also require you to provide us with other information that is necessary for accounting or tax purposes.

Otherwise, the provision of personal data is voluntary.

Rights with regard to data processing
We guarantee the exercise of all your rights under the general data protection regulation, i.e. the right of access, rectification and deletion of data, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, and the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
The above rights shall apply:
– with regard to a request for data rectification: if it is noted that your data are incorrect or incomplete;
– with regard to a request for data erasure: your data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected by the company; in the event of withdrawal of consent to the processing of data; objection to the processing of your data; your data being unlawfully processed; your data should be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation;
– with regard to a request to restrict data processing: if it is noticed that your data are incorrect, you may request that data processing be restricted for a period of time enabling the company to verify the accuracy of the data; your data are processed unlawfully but you do not wish to delete them; we no longer need your data, but you may need them for the purpose of defending or asserting claims; or in the event that you object to the data processing, until it has been established whether the legitimate interest of the company takes precedence over the grounds for objection;
– with regard to a request for data portability: your data are processed on the basis of a consent or agreement concluded with you and are processed automatically.

You have the right to lodge a complaint, in connection with the processing of your personal data by the company, with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Right to object to the processing of personal data
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where the processing is based on the legitimate interest or for statistical purposes and the objection is justified by the particular situation in which you find yourself.

Making personal data available
The company may share your personal data with entities that provide accounting, legal, consulting or audit services to the company or are cooperating entities, to whom the data will be provided solely for the purpose of proper performance of contracts concluded with them.

We may transfer your personal data to public authorities combating fraud and abuse.

Period of storage of personal data
The Controller stores your personal data in connection with the concluded transactions for the time necessary to execute the transaction and for the time in which it is possible to pursue claims in connection with the performance of a contract, concluded as a result of the transaction, a maximum of 6 years from the date of conclusion of the contract.

In addition, your data may be stored by the company for the purpose of fraud prevention, statistical and archiving purposes for a period of 10 years from the date of termination of the contract or the event giving rise to the need for such processing.

At the same time, for the purpose of accountability, the company will store data for a period in which it is obliged to preserve data or documents containing them in order to document the fulfilment of legal requirements, including the ability to verify their fulfilment by public authorities.

Transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area and automatic processing of personal data
Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area. We do not process your personal data automatically, including through profiling.
