Powder manufactured by spray drying of pasteurized whey. The product is characterized by uniquely sweet ?milky? taste.
Usage
Dedicated specially to the production of ice creams. It is also recommended in the production of cakes, desserts, sweets and cream fillings.

Very free-flowing, fluffy and homogenous powder of white up to light cream color.
The powder is white without any salty after-taste typical for wheys! There are no crystals of lactose characteristic for whey manufactured in a traditional way. It is white and fluffy like demineralized whey, thus it is a perfect additive to white creams, ice cream premixes and other confectionary products.
