Product Description
Powder manufactured from milk having reduced amount of protein. ?Wet? mixing guarantees better powder structure. This product is available in a few variants of protein content: 30, 20 and 16 percent. It is possible to produce the powder characterized by other parameters.

Usage
Dedicated specially to sweets. This product is also used by the production of baked goods, cookies, desserts, cream filling, ice cream powders and premixes, sweets and also in bakery industry in a broad sense.

Benefits
An economic alternative to traditional skim powdered milk. This product is based on cow milk with no extra ingredients. Easily dissolvable in warm and cold water.
