Product Description
Powder manufactured by spray drying of pasteurized whey. Ph 6 level and unique milky taste characteristic for the product contribute to the fact that it is a perfect ingredient in the production of ice creams and creams.

Usage
Dedicated specially to the production of ice creams. It can be also used in the production of baked goods, cookies, desserts, fudge candies, cream fillings, biscuits and other preferred usages in food industry.

Free-flowing, fluffy and homogenous powder of white up to light cream color.

It is associated with baby milk; it has got a typical smell as for milk, without any strange smells.
